PORTABLE BENCH SAW FOR TILES AND BUILDING MATERIALS.

Portable bench saw with sliding head for tiles and building materials. Ideal for use in construction sites. This saw is designed for cutting bricks, natural stone, marble, granite and ceramic tiles.

ADVANTAGES

AMS bench saw to cut tiles, stones and building materials with pin point accuracy:

  • Worktable made of galvanized steel rails, with transportation handle and adjustable squaring bar;
  • Worktable width of either 25.5in. (650mm) or 21in. (530mm) at customer’s choice;
  • Self-contained water recycling tray and pump.;
  • Folding legs for easy transport.

Manual bridge tilt for cutting from 90 to 45 degrees.

Worktable made of galvanized steel rails, width of 25.5in. (650mm), or 21in. (530mm), with built-in handles and adjustable squaring bar. Self-contained water recycling tray and pump for disc cooling.

CUTTING DEPTH ADJUSTMENT

Manual cutting depth adjustment by “plunge” mechanism.

Folding legs for easy transport.

ACCESSORIES

LASER

Laser alignment device mounted on the head shows the blade’s cutting line, battery feed 1.5V.

HT VERSION

Highest and robust increased version with blade guard for disc Ø 400-450mm and three phase motor, 3.6kW (5HP).

GALVANIZED WATER TANK

Galvanized and painted water tank, for the maximum rust resistance.

TRANSPORTATION WHEELS

Optional wheels that attach to the legs for easy movement around the shop.

ALUMINUM WATER TANK

Available with aluminum water tank, for a lower weight and longer durability.

SIDE TABLE

Optional side table for easy slab moving during processing. Dimensions: 500x430mm
